This workbook was written and put together by Kerry Acheson (Counselling Psychologist, Life Coach and Therapeutic Play Practitioner) and Karen Anne Hope Andrews (Clinical Psychologist) as an offering from their hearts to help us adults through this time of struggling with feelings of being overwhelmed, grief, fear, fatigue and frustration.
